The Miraculous Raw Salad
Raw food is uncooked food that usually consists of fresh vegetables and fruits. Without any cooking process at all, the food retains its important enzymes and vitamins, making raw food a good inclusion for your diet. A great way to incorporate raw food into your diet is by adding vegetable and fruit salads to your main meals.
Serving Size: 4
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients: ⢠1 cup chopped collard greens
⢠1 cup chopped cabbage
⢠1 cup chopped tomatoes
⢠½ cup chopped cucumber
⢠2 tablespoons lemon juice
⢠2 tablespoons olive oil
⢠¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. In a salad bowl, add the collard greens, cabbage, tomatoes, and cucumber.
2. Drizzle the lemon juice and olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle the pepper on top.
3. Using two forks, toss the salad until they are well coated with the liquid.
4. Serve and enjoy! 5. If you want to consume it later, cover the salad bowl with a lid and chill it in the refrigerator.
